MZD Foodservice and Retail Division assisting local Cajun and Creole chain to Franchise and grow sales and units through Franchising. Bill Church and Allan Zukerman have partnered with Yat’s Cajun and Creole owners, Joe and Gina Vuscovich to establish a program whereby the Yat’s concept will be made available for Franchising. The group is currently in the process of developing the standards and procedures that will guide the growth of the Yat’s brand. Franchises should be available to the public for offering by late March or early April.
