About the Road Tour:
The purpose of the Voice Road Tour is to inspire, educate and fire up youth in a unique and new way. The Voice Road Tour will stop in diverse areas of Indiana allowing you to talk to thousands of Hoosiers about Voice and the overall theme for this tour, “Don’t Glam Tobacco”. “Don’t Glam Tobacco” started last summer in order to combat the entertainment industry’s glamorization of tobacco in movies, TV and music. Because of this campaign, last year Voice sent over a thousand petitions to the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and MTV demanding them to re-evaluate movie ratings and airing prime time television programming with tobacco usage prominently displayed.
